Gomoti Plains Camp is a really slick and professional operation indeed. The level of service, food and guiding is outstanding. In fact we are of the view that Gomoti Plains Camp is on a par with some of the luxury top end Camps we have stayed at in The Okavango Delta - which is impressive when you consider that it is quite a bit cheaper.

Gomoti Plains Camp is a fairly new camp located in a pristine and wild private concession in the Gomoti Area in the South of the Okavango Delta. This is next to the prestigious Chitabe Concession which is considered to have some of the best game viewing in Botswana. And it looks like the Gomoti Region is going to be just as good!

The 10 tented rooms at Gomoti Plains Camp are spacious and have everything you need for a very comfortable stay. The camp is in a spectacularly scenic location overlooking floodplains dotted with palm trees as well as a tributary of the main Gomoti River.

As Gomoti Plains Camp is in a private concession rather than a National Park, it is possible to go ‘off road’ on game drives and also to do night drives and Walking Safaris. For much of the year it should be possible to do Mokoro and boat trips as well - making it a good choice for clients looking for an inclusive Safari at one camp.
